Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe


    Wet

  • 1 cup browned butter (let it cool a bit before mixing in)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla

    Dry

  • 2 ¾ cups AP Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • Mix wet into dry and add 2 bars chopped dark chocolate
  • Form into balls and cool in freezer for ~20min
  • Bake ~10min 350f
  • Sprinkle flaky salt on top
